WHAT:  Celebrating the opening night reception for latest works of Japanese artist Miya Ando. The artist is  a direct descendent of Bizen sword maker Ando Yoshiro Masakatsu, Miya Ando utilizes immensely physical metal finishing techniques such as grinding, polishing and burnishing in the creation of her ethereal steel-scapes. This event should make you feel a bit more cultured. It is sure to be filled with plenty of art enthusiast.  The Exhibit runs Apr 30, 2009  TO Aug 31, 2009
